The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) wants the public’s help in rulemaking and policy development efforts related to the Fraud Prevention and Labor Standards (FPLS) division. The division comprises of the Employment Standards, Healthcare Labor Standards, and Prevailing Wage programs. Rules are developed to carry out the intent of legislation, while administrative policies provide interpretation and guidance on the application of statutes and regulations enforced by L&I.
